Page 1: Login Page 2 edit boxes on page, for username and password. Page 2: Registration Page 4 edit boxes for Name, email address, password and password verify.. the information will be saved to the database and emailed to us. Page 3: A Contact Page Same as registration with the exception of a notes edit box Page 4: Test Database Update This page I need to have a function created that is called on a button click. for example: if the user clicks on a button that says contact us.. I want it to call a function that inserts a record into a table and then take them to the contact page.. Page 5 and 6: Generic Page and Info Request Page..
