Note keeping site

I need a coder that is willing to make a simple code that allows a user to register, and make a note to them selfs. Very simple site. This is how it should work, a user comes registers (login, email to confirm, and password). After user confirms they can login and make a note kinda like one of these [login to view URL] but instead of them only having one note they can have more than one if wanted (I will make the design of the page they see to post notes). They can save, edit, or delete there notes (for users security I it so that ONLY the user can see what they have posted so even if I look in mysql I won't be able to see it, if this is too hard than we don't have to do this but prefered). If user forgets password they can type in there email address and it sends pass to there email, if easier it sends them a temperary link to a page to put in a new pass I will leave that up to the coder. Like I said this is a very easy concempt. I would like to add features at later dates so if I am happy with coder I will have more projects on there way. I have attached a rough sketch of the front page and am still working on the other page. Coder will be working with php and mysql and will provide them server account information to work on. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform PHP, Mysql, Linux
