webmail application

I am looking to offer on my site a webmail service similar to what hotmail, gmail, and yahoo mail offer. I need someone to build a reliable application to do this. I can provide the html template to be used, and the application should work with this template. The application needs to have built in: - spam filtering - whitelising/blacklisting, - folder and preference management, - virus scanning, - abuse management, - and all other standard features available on hotmail/gmail Reliability, speed, and scalability are important. Also, 2 modules should exist... one for a free account with pages which will have banners on it and restrict the mailbox size to 25mb. One fee based side (recurring billing using paypal or verisign payment gateway) for larger box with premium features. System should also monitor for inactive free accounts and disable with prior warning. Porbably squirrelmail or horde system would be a porper webmail foundation to build on. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform application to work on (this can be changed): dedicated linux server which will have Intel 1.7 GHz CPU 512MB RAM 80 GB IDE Hard Drive 1000 GB Data Transfer server already has: Fedora Sendmail Apache Web Server PERL Procmail POP3 MySQL BASH PHP IMAP
