Xoops and vbulletin

Hi, I am wanting to have vbulletin: [login to view URL] intergrated as a module for Xoops: http://www.xoops.org. it must function and look the same way as xoops existing forum module. i still need to retain all of vbulletins admin features. must be able to use existing members in xoops or vbulletin. I also need to have the instructions clear cut like the example zip file i have supplied. basically look at step one and step 2. i will supply my liscenced version of vbulletin which can be used by you as long as no one else has access to it. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform my php info can be found here: [login to view URL]
