Finish Website Redesign of OSCommerce Electronics Website

Hi! This project is a website redesign/finish as it was outsourced to a previous designer that did not finish it. So, a lot of the work is already done! It just needs to be finished. The website is [login to view URL] This project must be completed and running within 10 days. It is OSCommerce based. I am looking for a professional who is very familiar with OSCommerce and who can design both front-end and back-end and make them work together smoothly. As well, the website MUST be SEO friendly. The specs for the website redesign are attached. There are multiple documents because of the pictures and the size limit I can upload to this site. These specs have been detailed so as to avoid any confusion or wasted time over design and implementation. Please review all the specs before placing a bid. Service provider will be responsible for all the specs included. All images, buttons, banners, and pictures will be provided after winning bid is accepted. This project includes a tiny amount of flash, back-end PHP coding, HTML design, knowledge if OSCommerce add-on installation, product databasing/uploading, SEO contribution and anything else on the specs sheet. This project includes everything from product population to Google Webmaster Tools to product relational mapping. A demo of the website needs to be provided upon completion before payment can be made. Functionality must be checked and the website must have passed all bug tests.
