Online Quiz in Macromedia Flash/SQL

Build an online exam for prospective candidates Estate Planning Candidates. Please take a look at [[login to view URL]][1] and take a look at how the questions and answers are presented in a popup. Each question will have four possible answers and only one is the correct answer. The completed applet will need to be integrated into more than one website of different graphical designs so a fairly neutral design will be needed when deciding its graphical color scheme. I also need an admin panel where I can enter new questions and their four possible answers, but you can arrange it so the applet reads a text file. To view the current questions please look at: <[login to view URL]> Ignore the listbox thich allows the user to choose which test to take, there will only be one test, and each question will be presented on its own in a manner like <[login to view URL]> Program Behaviour: Backspace and right click to be disabled to prevent the user from restarting - or cheating. A time limit to be set where the user has to complete the exam and that time limit to be definable in the admin suite. A user is invited to sign into the exam, and asks for their name & email address and be stored in a sql database. Email addresses to be allowed ONCE. At the end of the exam, the correct and wrong answers and the final score to be emailed to an address which can be defineable in the admin suite or definable in the admin suite using the sql database If the user goes beyond their allowed time a page should be displayed in the popup telling them and the results completed so far to be emailed to the defined email address. A copy of the result to be stored in the sql and be available for viewing by the administrator panel ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
