90015 Programmer with design skills

Hello People! Note: I am looking for 1 individual who can meet all of these requirements, not 1 programmer and 1 designer. Timewasters will get banned from my future project posts – PLEASE READ! I have a flourishing online business creating many opportunities. Offering services in website design, graphic design, creative thought, CMS/database solution, SEO, etc… I also have a great portfolio of domains that I am in progress of developing and hopefully one of these can become the next big thing. So right away there is ongoing work for the right person. I have an unconventional portfolio of work that I have designed, however I need a PROGRAMMER who can meet my standards. Cowboys/beginners/amateurs DO NOT APPLY! I can spot you a mile off! You MUST BE HEAVYWEIGHT! If you can develop sites like myspace, studentunion .couk, faceparty, facebook then you are on your way to being a candidate. Not only will you be an excellent programmer, ideally you would be an all round genius who is top of the Internet game and love multimedia AS WELL. An example of how good I would like you to be would be to create anything that can be found at: 2advanced dotcom. If your skill set is up to scratch to these requirements, then please answer the following questions: 1 – Are you one of the best programmers out there? I want to see your portfolio and this must include the last 4 projects you have worked on. Please indicate what work you contributed in each project each also. 2 – Please list your full skill set. Do you have any design skills too? 3 – Do you have initiative? Do not just answer yes or no and I do not wish to read an essay either. 4 – What is your rate per hour? 5 – Availability? I only want to work with individuals/freelancers who do not work for a company or agency. I need commitment and reliability. 6 – You must use MSN Messenger.
