Web Site Design - Complete with Flash

I need a new template driven website designed and developed. The site will be for an online price comparison website (similar to [login to view URL] etc.) The following components are required: 1) A great logo, identity and creative theme that will remain consistent through the site. 2) A home page which will highlight the design concept and display a best selling products list and a Flash movie for users to register for a email newsletter. 3) A product detail page which will display the all the details of the item including images. There will also be a flash movie that will need to get data from the server of current prices at various merchants and best price. There will be a section for a user to specify a target price and an email address to get pricing alerts. I will provide very rough mockups and examples of what data I am looking for on each of the two pages. Everything else needs to be thought of and designed by the designer. Speed of loading and a clean (not busy) look are very important. Please send me examples of your design work as part of your bid. You need to be experienced in the best graphic design tools, HTML, Flash MX (with ability to use XML or Database calls to display data. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Linux server running Apache and MySQL
