Convert my current design into a responsive website design

Hi, I got a website which design I want to be turned into a responsive design. Please note: I do want to keep the current design outlook for PC's, I just want you to make it look better (responsive) for iPhones/Androids/iPads. As I want to disclose the website url to the actual person I'll be giving this project I'll describe the current design below: The index page and some sub pages consists of the same design and is a list listing items in a table. Besides this there's also a fixed menu in the top of the website and a simple footer in the bottom. Besides this there are also some pages like /about/, /contact/ which should be fairly easy to convert to a responsive design. All in all the design of this website is quite simplistic and basic. All of the design code is custom coded by me using HTML & CSS. No code is allowed to be changed (besides div's etc), basically no PHP code. Quite understandable I think. The choice of responsive design to look nice on iPhones and Androids are pretty much up to you, you might want to follow the color/design style I use on my website right now though. Logos, color schemes etc are available to get from me which means you don't need to know Photoshop as I'll provide you with an already existing design, you just gotta turn it into being responsive.
