2 Custom Features on Wordpress

I have a website to be done in which need 2 basic featre implementation 1. Search filters for the listing (see attached pdf for reference) on clicking show more filters button show next 3 and so on and display the result page as in PDF 2. Calendar Page(see attached pdf for reference) .. When we click on a date on calendar that date's event shall reflect on sidebar.. I will be working with yo and if we start it today working together on skype/teamviewer can finish in 1 or 2 days
