ECommerce Site with WooCommerce to be completely functioning

Hi, I had a website [login to view URL] and I would like this website to be completely function and go on live. The website is completely finished but I need someone to help me to fine tune the site. a. The website is very slow. I need to speed up the website completely which including optimise the picture, speed, size ....etc. I don't need to install extra plugin (That will have some security loop hole). b. I need to get GTmetrix ([login to view URL]) for A in speed and A in Y slow. c. I need to install SSL in this website (or I will ask the hosting to install for me but you need to assist me in this) d. The payment is worldpay, 2checkout and I had these plugin for woocommerce. e. If all the requirement need to be done, I am ok to change the themes if that can help to make the site better. The site is using [login to view URL] and woo commerce f. I need to put the sitelock (active) there is only currently the logo and SSL logo in the site as well (I am using [login to view URL]) g. Install WPML installation plugin Please indicate your time and your experience for this bid.
