Migrate Joomla 1.0.15 to Joomla 3.3

We have a legacy Joomla 1.0.15 site that has operated well for years, but our webhost just upgraded to PHP 5.5 and so the site is no longer fully operational since that old version of Joomla is not PHP 5.5 compliant. We either need someone who knows how to get Joomla 1.0.15 to function on a server running PHP 5.5 or we need you to convert our website to the latest Joomla (or a version of Joomla that is 5.5 compliant). We recognize converting a site this old will be difficult, and some things might not work right (we're okay with that) but here's the most important things for us to preserve: (1) Our user data in Community Builder 1.1. We have approximately 680 user records we need to preserve. These can be migrated into something else, we don't have to use Community Builder, but we cannot lose the data or re-enter it. (2) AEC (Valanx) 0.12.6RCo Subscription Manager: We need to preserve the subscription information for our users who are paying members. Again, we don't mind migrating to another subscription manager, but it must preserve the information we have here and maintain subscriptions. Any new solution must support the 2checkout payment gateway. (3) Articles & Content: We'd like to preserve the articles and content of the existing site to the best of our ability, but it's actually less an issue than #1 and #2. There are a hundred or two hundred articles. TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE AND WE NEED THIS PROJECT COMPLETED BEFORE DECEMBER 31.
