290091 Google translation api

Hello, I need a programmer that would make work a google translation api for me. There are codes on google but i need somebody to make it work for my website. One example is this: [login to view URL] So this one is preferred (if it can be done) cause it translates both, words and websites... And second example is this: [login to view URL] It could be written in any code you wish, but it should be easy to edit the design...
