Simple PHP / HTML modifications

FIRST AND MOST IMPORTANT I NEED THIS DONE WITHIN 24 HOURS. The website already exists and works fine. Under the join button and above the help and comment email addresses, please can you put in some copy which reads: "If you are already registered with Engaging Minds please select the activity packs you wish to receive, shown on the right, enter your registered email address and click on submit." 4. Remove For any other info, please email: info etc. --- ON [login to view URL] 1. Please change drop downs in the title field to: Mr Mrs Miss Ms Dr 2. Change House Number and Street to just Street 3. Remove entirely check box and "I confirm I have read and understood the privacy policy. " as we do not need this to be confirmed 4. In the data protection text, please delete the comma straight after Times Newspapers Ltd 5. [login to view URL] thank you page When you fill out the form on [login to view URL], you see a thank you page. What we want is for the right hand column of [login to view URL] (with the 4 pack opt-ins and the email field and CONFIRM button) to appear on this thank-you page too so that once you have joined, immediately you have the pack selections. 6. Change "Click here to return to the homepage and order your packs" to just "Click here to return to the homepage" Thankyou for ordering your free packs Please change email from to EMAIL 1. Currently when you register, it automatically sends a text-based email. We now want it to send an HTML email. The files you will find at: FOLDER: [login to view URL] EMAiL FILE [login to view URL] It needs to be personalised so will need to say Dear FIRSTNAME LASTNAME in the text when it is sent.
