Auto Disappearing Frame Needed

At [login to view URL], when you click on the "Grab This Deal Now!" button, you are taken to [login to view URL] This page is made up of 2 frames. The top frame has my content on it and the bottom frame is the [login to view URL] website. I need a special script that makes the top frame disappear (or appear to disappear) by shrinking upwards after X seconds. As it disappears, I'd like for the frame with the [login to view URL] content to move up so there is no top bar from my site. I do not want the visitor to be redirected to another URL or for the page to require refreshing. Let me know if you have any questions.
