31372 BLOG NEEDED

Please do not overbid...I will probably give this project to the lowest bidder. The design doesnt have to be brilliant but the coding does!!! This job would be perfect for anyone who wants to quickly up their SL Rating - it will lead to another very job more than likely if this one is produced to my satisfaction I have had to relist this as the blog I purchased for this purpose is too complicated - which i didnt realise. I need a photo blog according to the specs in the file attached. please do not deviate from the specs at all. - Again it can be ugly as hell - I just want it to work seamlessly Please note how simple this design needs to be - I mean dreadful simple IT REALLY HAS TO BE SIMPLE AND YOUR OWN CODING! oh yeah did i tell you how simple I wanted it? :-)
