Changes in Joomla based website

I have a joomla based e-commerce website: mancaveitems(dot)com Please read the following changes/additions I need made in detail and understand them. Only bid if you are confident you can make all these changes with out problems. 1)Shop page is messed up! The 4th column of products is hidden behind my shopping cart. Please provide your recommendation for fixing this. 2)Change "Random items" and "popular items" in the shop section to "Personalized Items" and I would like to select the items i want to show there. 3)Site takes a long time to load. Is there any way to increase this time? 4)Underneath the Shop section (on the left side of the site on all pages)....I would like to add another category section. It will read "Shop by Interest"....I will provide category names to be listed under it. If you have any questions or need clarity please send me a message. Thanks!
