Fix bug with WooCommerce / Maya Shop site

We are running a site on the WordPress theme Maya Shop which utilizes WooCommerce. Experience with WooCommerce might be needed here, and experience with Maya Shop would be a huge plus. We are having a small problem with the site when viewed on an iPad/iPhone. On the individual product pages, for the products that are "Variable" products, you cannot see the "Add to Cart" button on an iPad/iPhone. I have one theory for why this is. When you view the site from a desktop/laptop, when the page first loads the section with the "Add to Cart" button appears with an animated effect. This animation occurs if you change the selection in the drop down menu for Engraving. I'm guessing this animation is failing on the iDevices, so the section with "Add to Cart" is not being displayed. This would mean the animation effect needs to be disabled, but I can't figure out how to do that.
