Fix bugs on website (Joomla/Virtuemart)

I have recently had a website designed and I'm not happy because it has a number of bugs and errors. All these errors must be resolved without affecting the current look of the website. Payment won't be released until all problems are resolved. Below are the following issues that need to be resolved: Entire site must be backed up before any work is done Site is [login to view URL] with Joomla and kraftwerks template/virtuemart - shopping cart does not display 'recently viewed' items - shopping cart has a small 'x' which is meant to minimise the shopping cart (currently does nothing) - Joomla needs to be changed to seo friendly links (I have tried this but it causes the shopping cart to stop working) - near the bottom of the page is says 'Payments accepted', payments is currently green and needs to be maroon to match the rest of the page - the footer menu down the bottom displays 'delivery and returns' in maroon, it must be black like the rest - when clicking on 'login/register' in internet explorer the hyperlink is below the actual text (ie you need to click 1cm below the link to access it). Also 'loginbg' image is missing. - when updating quantity/deleting items in the cart it redirects to another page. When testing the website on [login to view URL] the homepage has 157 errors for css and 47 errors for HTML, I would like these fixed or at least reduced significantly.
