Fix GoogleMap marker building from Filtering/Search Posted data (markers are not build after results are filtered) - repost

Hi! I can not handle with 1 thing... I have web page on Joomla with customized apartment component. Component have View which displays apartments -> all or some using Search (select some data instead of all). I have 1 php file (not Joomla or component -> but custom build php file; lets call it here xmlbuilder file) which create xml file (not physical but using echo but custom build php file; lets call here markerbuilder file) which build markers on GoogleMap using apartment data and created XML from first php file (includes javascript for GoogleMap builder). (In Bid please include GMap at the end of the bill to be sure You read all description and requirements!) Problem is that xmlbuilder file as original get all values from data base (select *) instead of get values depending on Search results. I tried to modified that this xmlbuilder file get in session stored sql query and build xml - but xml is build (query works OK) but GoogleMap do not (!!!) build markers. I suppose to GoogleMap marker builder java script need to change that it can read data from stored session or recreate other quick good working solution (now map is loaded on page load but need to work on document ready or whatever to work after data are filtered)! Need help from GoogleMap/javascript guru! Please bid if You have ever created dynamical markers on GoogleMap. Max budget - 20USD (for freelancer who is familiar with GoogleMap and javascript work is max 1h)!
