Magento site audit, troubleshooting and small dev work

Magento development including audit of existing installation, fixing Javascript errors, removing test transactions from database, performance tweaks and some small development work. * TO CLARIFY - We already have a full working version of Magento and OneStepCheckout. We simply require a review of this installation, a bit of cleanup, and some troubleshooting. This is NOT a complete Magento development project from scratch. ## Deliverables We require the following: * Complete audit of our existing Magento installation and OneStepCheckout to verify that it has been set up correctly. Clean up code structure. * <strike>- Removal of all "test" transaction from the database without disturbing legitimate orders.</strike> - We have corrected this problem already. * Fix one Javascript error the shows in IE6 to IE8 which is particularly troublesome in IE6 doe to an error pop up. * Currently the country selection dropdown on the ordering page is auto selected to match the visitor's geo location, however the state/province dropdown does not change and stays on the default US state list. This needs to change to match the state/province list or textbox of the visitor's country. * Add a lightbox style spinner or intermediary "processing order" page to indicate the order is processing when the customer presses the "complete my order" button.
