Modify two features - URGENT

Hi, I need two features modified for my site. These are both urgent need to be done ASAP. #1: Admin > Poperties > Special Pricing ([login to view URL]) should be like this: [ ] All Poperties, or select properties Name of Special Valid From (date) to (date) or [ ] Forever Use: (Auto, With code) If it is auto it shows in the front automatically for them to choose from. If it's with code, they have to enter the code when making their reservation. Active (yes, No) Special Type: (Free Night, Percent Off , Amount Off) If Free Night is selected, then we need to specify how many nights have to be reserved for how many free nights. (For example we might say 4 night to get 1 night free). If Percent off, then we need to specify percent that will be taken off total amount of reservation. If Amount off, then we need to specify amount that will be taken off total amount of reservation. Public side: Now it shows the total and then it shows specials when they are making a reservation. Here is how it should be: It should show active specials if they are valid. For example say we have a buy three nights get one free, it should only show that special if they have 3 nights - if they have two it should not show. Then it should show a box to enter the code for specials that require people to enter a code. Then it should show the total and then have the special subtracted, then the total. #2: Cannot un-select days on the calendar when making a reservation. If someone clicks a second day, it needs to un-select it. Go to: [login to view URL] and then go to January on the calendar and you will see what I am saying.
