NuSOAP, PHP, XML, MySQL project URGENT!!!

NuSOAP, PHP, MYSQL and XML project For a small reservation page i am looking for a very well experienced programmer in PHP,XML and NuSOAP also with good knowledge of MySQL. The page should be rewriten with NuSOAP. I talking about 18 operations such as: Getting the locations => selecting a locations Getting detailed information Getting products -> seleting a product Getting detailed information Getting promotions Getting User details send the reservation (https) The information provide by xml and processed by NuSOAP will be put in a website + language templates. I want clean coding and mod_rewrited urls. Some small Javascript might come a cross as well when selecting dates forexample. Made reservations should be logged in the database.
