Online e-learning site development

PHP, JS and Flash Coder needed to work in collaboration with a designer to create a new e-leanring website. This website will let the user do the following - Take online quizzes such as * Drag and drop answers * Click on hotspots * Fill in the blanks * Multiple Choice These quizzes need to be highly vibrant and easy to use, as the target market is under 11 years of age - Once user has completed the test, results are stored and statistics are displayed such as: * Number of questions correct * Answers to incorrect questions * Areas needing to work on - The user will have there own homepage with the detailed information and when they have completed a test, the home page is updated. They will also need to be able to print of certificates and be able to collect awards. Please vists [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] for examples of some t=of the fuctionality needed. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Program will be online, thus needs to be able to work in all browers
