196449 PHP/SQL Picture Loading Site

Okay this is what I need: I am going to provide you with a template (NO I HAVE NOT CHOSEN ONE YET - most likely it will be HTML with CSS and some flash things here and there. I basically need a photo forum. Let me explain exactly what I mean so that there would be NO confusion. I would like a site where someone can come in and see what cars I have for sale. Basically when the site is done it should be empty. What will have to happen is that you create like an administrative page for me so i can go log into my administrative page, be able to add or remove usernames that can log in and have "post adding privileges" (you will know exactly what I mean by this a little later) and give them the privilege to change their password or contact information and what-not. Then once I (or someone else) logs in they have options to add a car that they are selling. (THERE WILL BE NO BIDDING OR SELLING ON THIS SITE! - Don't worry! ^_^ ) Basically I need them to be able to insert a title for their post, add as many pictures as they want to a post (and make one of those pictures the main picture) - add a description - and choose a car make and model from a drop down menu that should be editable ONLY by the MAIN ADMINISTRATOR: me! I need this to be a searchable site - for instace if there is a post of a Honda Civic so that if someone types "civic" into the search engine it will show all the honda civic posts. And I would like it to also be searchable via drop down menu. For instance a page with a "make" and "model" drop down menu and once the person chooses both a make and a model ORRRRR just a "make" it shows all the cars that fit into that category. The search results should look something like this. There will be all the post matching the search listed from top to bottom kind of like the eBay look: A picture to the left and then to the right-top of the picture will be the make and model. Directly to the right of the make and model will be the title of the post. Directly underneath the post title will be about 200 characters taken from the post description and then a "..." after those 200 characters. Each post should be seperated by a line of some sort. Anything you click on that search result should take you directly to the corresponding post. My name is Daniil - I have worked with a couple of people already for some of my other sites and I am tired of slackers - If you don't plan on completing the job on time with all of the specifications met I will not pay you a single penny (seriously) for your time and I will not negotiate any further payments - the only thing I will do is drop you from the job via complaint to scriptlance, give you a bad rating, and not pay you. I will NOT hire anyone unwilling to be on MSN Messenger on a set schedule so that I can go on at that set time and talk to them about the progress of the site. Once we talk some more I will give you a specific time range and more specific details like which template I would like you to edit and stuff like that and I will make sue you agree with everythign before accepting your bid.
