PSD to Wordpress with flash and html elements

Project Brief: Website name: Bella Una - [login to view URL] Due Date: Tomorrow (if possible) Project Responsibilities: 1. Converting PSD file to wordpress theme and theme (including all text, content, picture slicing, etc). 2. Roll over effects for nav bar Roll over effects as follows: a. Page font grows in size (from size 16 to 24 as in the Home psd when page is selected. When mouse is scrolling over it can stay the normal size... only changes size when page changes) b. Rollover picture (see rollover folder in home psd... I still have one more picture to get to you/the coders) to slide up when mouse scrolls over c. Roll over text should scribble over like: [login to view URL] under LESLIE BLODGETT 'Perfume Diaries' (in the upper left corner) Page Structure/Buttons: Scent To ----> Drop Down Menu - Signature Scent - Coming Soon Calm and Scents Going to the Ball Perfumaria (the online store for ecwid plug in. I can/will install plug in but will need minor tweaks once plug in is installed) Post Office Home 3. Note: All of the code for the content (i.e. picture slices, text boxes, etc need to be inside of the actual pages created in wordpress for easy access so we can swap out pictures... text etc.) 4.
