Small PHP Script, AJAX, XML output with Drupal Integration

Hi, Faith Partnership is looking for someone who can quickly (before August 14) create a solution to our problem: We have an Excel Spreadsheet which takes some input numbers, and calculates growth rate based on them, then creates a graph to illustrate. (The spreadsheet is provided. Try inputting text into the YELLOW cells on the last page. The 3 top cells are the ONLY input we will take from the user.) We need to take this online. !MANY OF THE TOOLS ARE ALREADY PROVIDED, YOU JUST HAVE TO PUT THEM TOGETHER! We are running a Drupal installation, so this needs to be compatible and operate on a single page. Here is what will happen: -The user enters numbers into input boxes. -A server-side script runs some basic calculations on the input numbers. -The script outputs these numbers to an XML file readable by the .swf file which is provided. -The .swf file automatically graphs the results. There are many ways to do this! I have included both the Excel file you must use, and also documentation from the Flash files, which shows how the .XML file must be formatted. This is not terribly complicated, but the most important part is that the XML file is formatted exactly as needed. Also, you will need to trace the Excel file to see exactly how it is calculating the numbers. Please review the attached documentation. 1. Excel File you must use. 2. Overview - Will tell you the format we need the XML file in for Flash Graph to understand. 3. Possible solution to creating this. !Please note, the Excel file looks more complex than it is. Just trace the graphs to find out how it is calculating the result. You don't have to create any graphs or do any Flash work of your own. Just make sure the XML file is formatted properly! Thank you!
