Twitter Auto-post PHP Program(repost)

I'm looking for a very simple PHP/MySQL application that I've nicknamed "AutoTweet", which will automatically post content to one or more [login to view URL] accounts. Here's how it should work: The user inputs a bunch of "Tweets" (140 character messages), and then schedules the tweets to be processed at some time interval. For example, I can create 20 tweets, and tell the system to send one tweet per hour, then repeat the same 20 tweets every day this week. Please note the following important parameters: 1) There should be a way to save Twitter account info (e.g. logins for multiple accounts), so that I can post to many accounts at the same time. 2) I should be able to save "campaigns", and re-run them later, or edit/delete them. A "campaign" is a set of tweets with the schedule they run on. MySQL should be used to save this information. 3) The basic idea for a user interface is shown in "[login to view URL]". You'll need to add some screens (e.g. to view campagins, view accounts, etc.) but this is the main interface. 4) There should be no limit on the number of tweets that can be sent, unless [login to view URL] itself imposes such a limit. 5) A cronjob will be set up to run every 10 minutes to handle the job processing. It should probably just run some sort of PHP script, like "[login to view URL]", which then looks at the database and fetches any tweets that should be sent, and then sends them. The design of the application doesn't have to be complex! I just want something that is functional and easy to use. Apply a simple CSS format to the application so that it looks clean and professional, but nothing fancy is needed. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform PHP, MySQL, Twitter
