Wordpress W3 Cache Set Up

I need a Wordpress designer to set up W3 Cache or something similar on my site [login to view URL] as the site is loading very slowly but I've had trouble setting this plugin up for optimum value. I need the CDN set up and all options to work most effectively for this site. I would also like a separate quote for fixing up the timthumb plugin to resize images properly. The reason I want a separate quote is that I may not do this one immediately as I've found an alternative method that does the same thing. But if it isn't too much extra it might be worth doing at the same time as this project.
