YouTube Video API - jQuery, Javascript ETC

This project requires you to use our graphic layout and create a video player that operates within the graphic element that I have attached. As you can see there is a TV with all of the play buttons and controls, along with the blank space for where the video will be displayed. Below the TV screen (video area) you can see there are large thumbnails that represent other videos. When clicked - this should cause the video in which the thumbnail represents to be loaded in the TV player. I wrote a solution in Flash and AS3 but it uses local video files on the server. The problem with my solution is this clients website gets a HIGH volume of traffic and needs something like "Vimeo" or "YouTube". I want someone who is experienced with working with "YouTube's API" Please let me know how you would accomplish this and provide me with a fair price. I am looking forward to hearing from you. You will need to provide examples of previous work with either YouTube or Vimeo's API - do not bid if you don't have experience with either one of the APIs In Short - our YouTube Video Channel will load videos into this API / Layout.
