OS Commerce OSC - Paypal External Order Capture Contribution Module

See Below for description ## Deliverables hello, need someone to create a program to gather orders from a paypal account , store/manage captured orders, and print labels **MAIN WORK SPACE** ![][1] **-CAPTURE [login to view URL]** downloads all PAYMENT RECEIVED transactions and log current PAYPAL time. { Yes, even ECHECK PAYMENTS with the status PENDING are downloaded and stored in the **PENDING ORDERS** table. On next download it will check if the STATUS is CLEARED, [login to view URL], then it will move these to the CURRENT ORDERS TABLE } **-[****NOTE.775****]** (on next download, it will get all PAYMENT RECEIVED transactions ONLY from LAST DOWNLOAD TIME +[login to view URL] --- to ---> current PAYPAL time.)
