Custom PHP, MySQL Work (Smarty template)

I have to make some changes and do some customization in a custom created CMS based on php and mysql Database, Smarty template. It is a video sharing website where users can upload and share their videos. Most of the things are already build and it's up and running, but there's some issues and customization needed to be done. I need someone who also have knowledge working on GIT and Smarty template. I will provide a GIT access and Database and you need to download the file and setup a running website in my local computer. From there you need to make the necessary changes. I'm estimating the changes will take around 15 - 20 hours. Once you successfully make all the changes, I'll probably have some ongoing work in weekly basic. Please Bid on this project, if you are a great php, mysql programmer who also knows how to use GIT and Smarty Template. Once I pick the programmer, I will also provide with the Technical Documentation on how to find all the necessary files.
