Fix bugs in ical calendar viewer script and create a URL shortener

1. using existing mysql db & php develop script to generate shorten URLs (like this: [login to view URL], or [login to view URL], etc): from this: [login to view URL] to this: [login to view URL] Have this shortened URL linking to the longer URL stored in a new table in the database. Have the shortened URL appear in the widget generation code on our homepage, that a user could use to link to their calendar directly, and create a page that redirects the user to the longer URL. 2.
