We are insurance brokers company dealing in MOTOR and MEDICAL Insurance in UAE. The online software should be able to 1. CREATE, ENTER, STORE and REPORT on quotations & policies, Insurance Co, Customers, RENEW POLICIES, endorsements, agents and accounts (Customization Required- will be advised) data. User interface format and user tabs (Functions) required will be given. [login to view URL] can divide the software into modules such as Admin (User controls and Access), Insurance, Claims, Accounts and Reports. 3. It should be able to ADJUST and factor PREMIUM due to the mid term adjustments (ENDORSEMENTS) within the policy period to the policy like Additional Premium, Return Premium, Cancellations, Reactivation etc and the corresponding changes to the COMMISSION amount due to or from the insurance company and Customers accounts. 4. It should give REMINDERS of policies due for RENEWAL, PREMIUM PAYMENT on a given period. 5. It should be able to create and cancel INVOICES and VOUCHERS, LINK and store ENDORSEMENTS, INVOICES, DEBIT/ CREDIT NOTES, POLICY DOCS, RECIEPTS and PAYMENTS of Insurance companies, customers to their corresponding policies, ie, it should have a Document Management System for all the Policies, Customers and Insurance Cos 6. Search and Find policies by any given details like policy no, Insurance co, Customers, period etc. [login to view URL] should be an AUDIT/ HISTORY tab function where all the changes that has been done to a policy or accounts can be found. 8. Accounts should be Bank A/C (Only for receiving and payment of commissions to insurance cos/ Clients), another Bank a/c for making and receiving payments for our company expenses and income ie operating A/C. Cash A/C and CASH FLOW Statement, Trial Balance, P&L A/C and Balance Sheet.
