php developer for healthcare web application

We are looking for a PHP developer ONLY IN THE US for programming of our web based healthcare application. We have html/CSS for the front end UI of the application and the data spreadsheets to be used to dynamically populate the UI. We need a freelance PHP programmer who can work full time in parallel with our front-end UI designer on the following: 1. Link the UI to the back-end spreadsheets. Populate UI with dynamic quantitative and qualitative content in response to user-entered information: Qualitative content is linked to the quantitative. 2. Develop an administrator back-end system that stores user account and usage information: A system to administer different kinds of users (members vs. non-members) and direct access to parts of the site depending on member vs. non-member status Possibility of work extension: • Develop a custom content management system to facilitate text, image and icon changes Experience working with consumer-oriented user interfaces preferred and SEO experience desired.
