Super Simple PHP/MySQL Script

Ok...This should be very easy, but since I'm slow at coding and have too much to do, I figured it would be better just to have someone whip this up real quick. I have: 1) A table in a MySQL db that consists of a total of 55,000+ rows. Each row has two fields...City and State. It's basically a list of cities and the state that city is in. 2) A text file with just under 400 cities. I want a php script that will read each city line by line from the text file and find it's corresponding state. It will then output the results to the browser The results should be output in two different formats: City1State City1St City2State City2St etc. The first format is the full name of the state. The second will be the states two letter abbreviation. The db contains the full state name so the script will need to match that up with it's two letter abbreviation. ( I have a text file with these if you need them). If the city is found in more than one state the script should output the city/state combination for every state it's in. I need this done within the next 24 hours (and it should take only a few minutes for someone that codes for a living). ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Unix, PHP, MySQL
