Website Programming , Codeigniter + Bootstrap #Stage1-Phase1-ACL

Hello i am working on new web project for freelancing using the following technologies : php (Codeigniter) , Mysql Database , Ajax , Bootstrap framework , and here you can find some information about it. Our project in general consist of 2 Stages and each Stage have many milestones and tasks. 1 - Programming Functional staff and the application 2 - Layout and Design Design and layout stage are not included and not important on this task , and it will come later in future, After completing Programming stage we will move to Design and layout Stage, so you can easily build your forms and pages based on basic bootstrap them. The Project must be Open System and we will update and improve it from time to time and if your work was good then expect a long business relation with you. First Task will be building ACL for the website which is including : 1- Administration Section 2 - User Section 3 - Visitor Section (Registration) Website interface will be build in English but also have to include the ability to add Arabic Language in Future . Important notes : All of the files and codes on this project supposed to have documentation , so each class,function,view supposed to have comments description its goals + word document which is including a description about how this files coded and the [login to view URL] you are not able to provide documentation then please don't bid on it.
