Newsportal with Joomla 1.6 or Drupal 7

I need a news-portal which should replace [login to view URL] in a more modern style and a clean layout. Engine: Joomla 1.6 or Drupal 7 Multilanguage (german and english) - system and content Must haves: News-blog with different categories Photo gallery with categories and subcategories Event-calender displaying locations of the events on a map new articles shared to facebook page and twitter account Different user roles for providing content: Editors: user who are allowed to write articles and upload images registered user: allowed to provide event dates published immediately guests: writing comments and entering event dates for publishing after it has been checked by an admin In a second step I will need a iphone app to get information of the website to the mobile device - aswell ass same app for android Third step will be a website which uses the events of the newsportal to be displayed on a map in a special way: user wil search a location (city) and the website will display all events within a radius of 20km (configurable) and 14 days before and after a given date Bidders should provide a link to projects they've already made Please tell me Your prices for each step.
