Texas Hold'em PHP script

Your building a Texas Hold'em text based software application for a Browser based MMORPG. The entire point of this project is to make sure that the entire application is user friendly. There should be a minimum of 2 users, and a maximum of 11. The game is casino like and should be completely random. The "house" will take a .05% cut on every hand. I understand this is a serious task to undertake, however I am willing to spend time and money assisting the programmer, and answering any and all questions they may have.
