Oscommerce paypal and google checkout payment Bugs fix. Expert ONLY!!!!!

The OSC payment system is NOT working right. 1. google checkout payment installed, but NOT working. (I think the previous coder has installed the older version of the google checkout), you might need to reinstall the newer version. 2. Paypal payment working ok, but when received the payment is NOT showing the correct product title name. I will provide detail to the winner. 3. Shipping. I need to set a shipping rate for international buyers. details will provide the winner. These are simple fixes, and will only take OSC experts 20mins to fix, so I will only pay $30.00.
