Simple Database Project need done ASAP!

I am using a sales network where i am recieving lots of sales which also contain lots of fraudulent sales. I need an efficient way to keep track of these suspcious sales. I am alerted to fraud sales in a number of ways, each time i am alerted I would like to create a Fraud Report. I then want the ability to generate reports so I can send them to the sales network and get credited back for the fraudulent sales. I also want to be able to scrub sales data that the sales networks sends me compared to what i am able to generate in my CRM I am basing my ideas/functions/GUI/ on my shipping control panel interface. I believe its fairly similar to how i want to keep track of things in a database. This is a project I need completed by Monday. I will test on your server and pay upon completion then you will transfer and install on my server. No auto phone Verify, No call verify, Call from Customer, Declined Card, return undeliverable address, fake email) -Reason comments (text box to explain reason for fraud) -Person reporting the fraud (drop down box) -Action (Pre populated drop down box) Search Query by ====================== -Order# -Campaign -Affiliate -Date of fraud / date range -Date of report / date range -Reason -Action Ability to query each combination of option Export xls report capablitiy for each Data Scrub list ======================== after a campaign, i get a sales xls spreadsheet from my network and i can generate my own list in my CRM. i would like to scrub the lists against each other and output the missing data from each list so i can compare data. i would also like a function where i can scrub the xls report generated from the fraud queries against my own CRM list or the network list.
