awards to add on site

1. Generally: - to have possibility to start infinite amount of awards for different themes (no restrictions). - up to 15-20 awards to be run simultaneously. - can be with support of video, audio, photo, music, literature materials. - support different languages (namely English, Russian, Kazakh). 2. From user's point of view: - list of available to participate awards is shown to user - under each award is button “participate”. By pressing this button the user can get new window with possibility to upload the related materials (photo, video, docs, audio). o Upload of photo can be done in flash (or jQuery uploader) with no limit of files amount. With possibility to sequentially edit the photos, change their location by simple drag&drop and preview of uploaded photos. o Upload of video same as the photo. o Upload of audio and music – same as the photo. o While registering in photo, video, audio awards user should be able to fulfill following fields: o First name, last name. o Mobile phone. o E-mail. o Name of uploaded file o Description o Button with photo to upload o Addition description o In case of literature awards: o First name, last name. o Mobile phone. o E-mail. o Name of uploaded file o Description o Text in Russian o Text in Kazakh o Text in English o Image to the award to upload o Addition description - In summary to be shown the list of awards where user is participated with possibility to edit. 3. From admin’s point of view: - Possibility to add/open/create new awards. o From the list of awards: o Photo o Video o Audio o Literature o By creating the new award admin should fulfill: o Name of award o Description o Start and finish dates of registrations o Start and finish dates of voting o Date of results’ announcement o By creating the award the fields for users to be shown by default. - Possibility to edit registered participants of award. o Show all participants and their data in one list o Choose the category of participation and show: • Name • Mobile • Email • Quantity of galleries. - Possibility to edit existing awards. o List of participants by the categories. o Show the number of award, name of participant, value of visits, value of sms-votes, value of web-votes. o Ability to edit whole list of (show list of all participants): o Sms-votes o Web-votes o Ability to add automatically +1 vote to all participants with interval of one minute (interval can be changed). 4. display of participant. - photo, or video or audio or literature document to be shown. Video and audio in player view. - SMS voting is exist. o Need to make possible to add records into database. o One SMS vote is equal to +5 points (value can be changed) - Web voting to be – user insert email, then vote activation link is sent to this mail. By clicking to this link, user goes back to page of gallery here wanted to add vote and it is written in this page – your vote is added. Do not show amount of votes to user. It will be updated on changeable period based. o From one email one vote is possible per 24 hours (period can be changed). 5. display of participants on first page to choose by: - Last active awards to be shown on first page. - Show on first page by sms vote. - Show on first page random participants. - Show on first page most viewed ones.
