E Commerce with Warehouse management system functionality - Ecommerce con funzionalità Software Gestionale

English version We have to create an E-commerce Website for Clothing and It will be Multilingual (ITA and ENG versions). The site's features can be grouped into 3 parts: · E-commerce Website, · Warehouse Management System, · Recording of Physical Store’s Sales on the E-commerce Website Admin. E-commerce Website The E-commerce website is divided into three parts: · Institutional Pages (about us, Our Brands, etc etc…) · Blog (news, events, …) · Products Sales (divided into categories and subcategories). Customers will find information about In-store Promotions and Fidelity Card data through a “Personal area” inside the Website. The Credentials used to access the Personal Area are the same for online purchases. Warehouse The company is composed of a Warehouse and Physical Store. The client through the admin panel of the E-commerce Website want to manage inventories: loads and unloads the item stock. In addition, our Customer wants to manage separately the item stocks from Warehouse and Physical Store. The Warehouse Management system must work using this approach: Warehouse: Items are loaded at each arrival Items are unloads after every Online Purchase on the Website or after every Items Moving from Warehouse to the Physical Store. Physical Store: Items are loaded on Physical Store after the arrival from the Warehouse. Items are unloads when are sold from the Physical Store. Everything through a Bar Code Reader. Recording of Physical Store’s Sales on the E-commerce Website Admin In the Ecommerce Admin Panel, for every sale in the Physical Store, the items must be in “sold status” and the inventory must be unloaded by Bar Code Reader. The employees can recorded the following additional information: · Date, day, hour (Automatically) · Price (Value) · Balances (field RADIO yes / no) · Discount (Value) · Final Price (Value) · Weather (POP-UP Menu) · Order (POP-UP Menu) · Fidelity card Code / Customer Name (Value) · Free sample (field RADIO yes / no) Versione in italiano L’ecommerce da realizzare deve essere multi lingua (ITA e ENG) e vende prodotti di abbigliamento. Le funzionalità del sito possono essere raggruppate in 3 parti: - Sito Ecommerce - Gestione del magazzino - Registrare le vendite dal negozio fisico sull’ecommerce. Sito Ecommerce Il sito Ecommerce è suddiviso in 3 parti: - Pagine istituzionali (chi siamo, i nostri marchi,ecc) - Blog (news, eventi, ecc….) - Vendita prodotti (suddivisi in categoria e sottocategoria). Il sito ha un’Area Riservata dedicata ai clienti, dove si possono trovare le promozioni in negozio e legati alla Fidelity Card. Le stesse credenziali usate per accedere all’area riservata devono essere le stesse per fare gli acquisti online. Gestione del Magazzino L’azienda è composta da il Magazzino e il Punto Vendita. Il cliente attraverso il pannello di amministrazione dell’ Ecommerce vuole gestire le giacenze di magazzino nel seguente modo: Magazzino - Carico Merce ad ogni arrivo - Scarico Merce ad ogni acquisto sul sito o spostamento dal magazzino al Punto vendita. Punto Vendita - Carico Giacenze nel Punto vendita con la merce arrivata dal Magazzino - Scarico merce ad ogni vendita fatta in negozio La gestione del Carico/Scarico merce va fatto attraverso il lettore a codice a barre. Registrare le vendite dal punto vendita sull’ecommerce Per ogni vendita effettuata nel punto vendita , i commessi andranno a scaricare il prodotto dalle giacenze del Punto Vendita tramite lettore a Codice a Barre e registreranno per ogni vendita delle seguenti informazioni aggiuntive: - data, giorno, ora (automaticamente) - prezzo [VALORE] - saldi [campo RADIO sì/no] - sconto [VALORE] - prezzo finale [VALORE] - meteo [MENU A TENDINA] - nome commessa [MENU A TENDINA] - Codice Fidelity card / Nome cliente [VALORE] - regalo [campo RADIO sì/no]
