We are looking to have a document management system created to our specifications. It would be hosted in house. Would prefer if it was created in Cold Fusion and SQL. Web interface so it can be accessible from anywhere. Envision using a tab layout so that the listing of documents is on the left and the different tabs show up in the window on the right. (See Basic Page Layout attachment) The list of requirements for the software is listed below. Resume Database/Document Management – User Interface 1. Document tree folder system 2. Scan/Upload/Index documents into specified folders a. Specified folders contingent on login 3. Searchable fields 4. Document search capabilities based on text (including Boolean) 5. Batch emails from search results using multiple fields to filter (city, state, text, email) 6. Multiple same time access 7. Account setup/delete capabilities w/ restrictions 8. Web access with restrictions for external clients 9. Display Fields (editable content): a. Name b. Email c. Phone d. Address e. City f. State g. Zip code h. Recruiter i. Company j. Position k. Date – Resume Uploaded (un-editable) l. Notes m. Registration # (Job ID) 10. Indicator Fields: (Recruitment Departments) a. Check boxes i. Pursuing ii. Client Declined iii. Not Interviewed iv. Hired 11. Indicator Fields: (Screener Departments) a. Check boxes i. Callable ii. Did Not Call iii. Attending iv. Not Interested
