we need a plugin for wordpress that allows a user to view a list of available job assignments. The user then may click on a joblisting and will be able to see the job details. In the detail view the user has the ability to claim a job listing. Once the listing is claimed the job is not available to other users. The list of available jobs is filtered based on user qualifications.
