Project Description: I am looking for freelance IT person, to either write, or customise an appointments booking system, and maintain the website too. Details below. The appointment booking system will be password-managed, with tiered access control. Administrators will be able to access all authorised booking and client contact details, while professionals will have access only to their own booking calendar and client contact details. The software will be designed to be simple to use, but highly modular in construction, so as to ensure that it can easily be upgraded as new features and functionality are required. As such, the software will be designed to grow with the business. *Powerful database system for professional and client data storage *Separate calendar for each professional *Admin functionality to maintain each professional's calendar *Access functionality for professionals to access their own calendar *Functionality to store and update professional profile details *Functionality to store and update patient contact database for each professional *Functionality to store and update client case files, MUST BE SECURE! *Admin functionality to look up bookings and client contact details by professional *Possibility to import files, such as pdf, jpg, word docs, etc. *Search functionality to search by booking date or client details *Automated sms to be sent to clients 48 hours prior to appointment Software should also be standalone for osx, and web based, such as iCal on the Mac. The administration interface will be the primary method of booking and accessing data in the system. As such, the admin control panel will be designed with simplicity in mind, and structured to allow fast (1-click) access to the most commonly required functionality. More complex features will be set up to be no more than 2-clicks away. Additionally, the interface will be developed to allow for quick searching for common records. Clients need a way of migrating their client info at the conclusion of their contract. Ie excel Graphic design, client-side programming, back-end software integration to provide a simple, intuitive user experience. There will be the possibility of amending the software in the future, either adding extra components, deleting components, or upgrading the whole thing.
