FrontPage Discussion Group repair utility(repost)

Program to repair a FrontPage discussion forum group. Program cannot rename the actual discussion group entries but must repair the forum files; "**TOCPROTO**" etc. Search capabilities and all basic operations are to be restored after running the repair utility. Whenever the forum crashes, we pretty much have to re-install FP extensions to get our site working again. Every time we re-install FP extensions, our FP forum becomes corrupted beyond repair. We currently use the discussion forum group feature as a holder for "Policies & Procedures". Each discussion group entry is either a policy or a procedure for a department. (ie. Finance, Marketing, Production, etc.) Upon downloading the discussion group entry it may have to be Modified (ms Word does a nice job on the HTML file) or deleted if need be. FP Discussion groups do not like to be changed or tampered with. Our server is Microsoft **bCentral**, operating system unknown but probably UNIX. I would really like the utility to run remotely, that is, from my workstation. The utility could reside on the server and run within IE or as a seperate exe. Our **bCentral** account is private and requires a login and password to access so utility should ask for location, name, password. Then verify it is a FP discussion group and then repair.
