Fix my program!

I have a windows domain names scanning program in windows XP, and it gives errors in both demo version and full version. They are both written in VB6. Here is the error: 1) The program is multithreaded. It scans a list of domains with multiple proxies. The program scans the domains in overture server. It allows 30 seconds maximum for the overture server to return a result for a particular domain name. After that 30 seconds, the program is SUPPOSE to show results, and if it failed to show result due to overture server busy OR proxy down, it will put it in the "recheck" tab window. I need this fixed as currently, the program do not put the "no results" domains in "recheck" tab! 2) Whats more is that I have an installer for a full version, but the previous coder forgot to put the new version into the installer, so the installer is outdated, I want the new program to be put back into the installer, so I have a working installer with the most updated version of the program. I will not pay more than $20 for this. The cheapest most likely get the job. I will handover full source codes for the program. I also will select him as my future coder.
