Fonts on SDI page in MDI environment

I have a MDI project that requires the printing of a fairly complex and preformatted form full of labels. The form is SDI with all labels/texboxes not autosized. On occassions, font stretches beyond creation size. MSKB hints at a problem with sharing fonts and printers and setting page sizes, but I haven't aded code for the printer yet and still have the problem. Closing VB and re-opening it does usually help, but not always.... would appreciate any prods in the general direction. Further to this, I have just noticed all is fine until I changed the font size of one of the labels. Now all labels using that font have gone screwy until I reboot the PC...
