mIRC Scripting Language Clone

I am looking for a mIRC Scripting Language clone. Or something similar, without the use of the Microsoft Scripting Control, NOR any external scripting controls. It must be easy for me to extent and include support for variables and so on. Just look at mIRC [login to view URL] . This scripting language is to be mainly used in a IRC client, and may be used for other programs if it can be easily extended. It must be coded in Visual Basic, no execptions. Preferable extensive use of classes. ## Deliverables Complete and fully-functional working scripting sample(s)with complete source code of all work done. Your copy of the source may be used and sold to anybody else in the future. ## Deadline information Project must be completed 2 weeks from acceptance of bid.
